Airmail services to certain destinations subject to delay:
Please be informed that certain airmail services to specific destinations are subject to delay due to insufficient air traffic capacity provided by airlines. Delays of more than two weeks are expected for all airmail products (including Speedpost) to the following destinations. In addition, local postal operations at the destinations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are anticipated.
At Roro Lure, we strive to dispatch all items within 24 hours of cleared funds, but no longer than 72 hours. Please note that we do not dispatch items over weekends or bank holidays.
If you are in a rush to receive your items, please contact us prior to buying to avoid disappointment.
The shipping cost you paid includes postage, packaging material, professional handling, and sales processing fees.
"Standard" shipping method: All items are sent via Hong Kong Post Air mail. For most countries, the shipment takes 7 to 14 business days after we sent out. And for some countries, the shipment takes 10 to 16 business days to arrive. Transit time may vary depending on Hong Kong Post Air mail more than two weeks delay, takes 30 business days.
Other couriers shipping method: All items are sent via selected courier service. For most countries, the shipment takes days which show in check out page. And for some countries, the shipment takes 3-5 days to delay basing difference service of selected courier. Transit time may vary depending on selected couriers.

We make every effort to process orders within the stated time frame, but we will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events. To ensure the security of purchases, we may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays.
