Roro Spool Bearing Remover TX6
Roro Spool Bearing Remover is dedicated tool for replace the ball bearings, peace of mind and reliable.
Aluminium alloy main body with stainless steel components.
The height of remover is for the spool of DAIWA. Please adjust proper position to pin hole for SHIMANO, ABU and other baitcasting reels.
Use for shaft 3-5 mm diameter.
Before use, please watch following installation guild.
1 Set TX6 include:
1 piece black aluminium alloy body with stainless steel hand screw,
3 stainless steel components,
2 stainless steel Quenching PIN(1.2 mm diameter),
1 stainless steel screw
How to change bearings by using Roro spool bearing remover?
Step 1: Install Stainless Steel Header
Step 2: put header into remover body as Remover
Step 3: Please apply stainless steel header to push the pin slowly.
Step 4: Turn header 180 degree, and use small pin of Remover to push PIN out of hole. (Note: the small pin not for heavy duty, alignment the small pin to the PIN hole of shaft, move forward slowly.)
Step 5: Set new bearing, and the pin into shaft.
Step 6: Apply the header to the pin and slowly push it.
Step 7: PIN evenly to the shaft on Spool.
