How to change bearings by using Roro spool bearing remover?

Step 1: Install Stainless Steel Header
Attach the stainless steel header to the bearing remover.

 

Step 2: Insert Header into Remover Body
Place the header into the remover body, positioning it as the remover.

 

Step 3: Apply Stainless Steel Header to Push the Pin Slowly
Carefully apply pressure with the stainless steel header to push the pin slowly.

 

Step 4: Rotate Header and Remove Pin
Turn the header 180 degrees and use the small pin of the remover to push the pin out of the hole. (Note: The small pin is not for heavy-duty use; align the small pin with the pinhole of the shaft and move forward slowly.)

Step 5: Insert New Bearing and Pin into Shaft
Place the new bearing and pin into the shaft.

Step 6: Apply Header to Pin and Push Slowly
Use the header to apply pressure to the pin and slowly push it into place.

Step 7: Position Pin Evenly on the Shaft of the Spool
Ensure the pin is evenly positioned on the shaft of the spool to complete the process.
