All bearings are designed to provide low friction, accurate guidance with minimal runout or play, quiet operation, low lubrication requirements, minimal wear, and a long service life. However, different industries have unique requirements based on their specific operating environments.

Roro bearings are deep groove ball bearings with a semi-open design. One side features a stainless steel cover with a shield structure, while the other side is open and contains ball bearings (either ceramic or stainless steel).

In ball bearings, the load is transferred from the outer race to the ball and from the ball to the inner race. Since the ball is a sphere, it only makes contact with the inner and outer race at a very small point, which enables it to spin smoothly. However, this also means that there isn't much contact area supporting the load, so if the bearing is overloaded, the balls can deform or compress, leading to bearing failure.

You can clean your bearings using the following steps. This method is suitable for regular maintenance, especially when you notice the bearings are noisy or not running smoothly:

1. Prepare Falcon Frindverse 530 Electronic Contact Flux LCD PCB Cleaning Solvent (530 cleaner).
2. Use the bearing check tool to secure the bearings in place.
3. Spray the small nozzle of the 530 high-pressure cleaner into the bead gap of the bearing for 2-3 seconds. Repeat this process several times if the bearing is still not smooth.
4. Important: Ensure that the bearing is rotated at high speed for thorough cleaning.

After cleaning, use a hairdryer to dry the bearings promptly to prevent water accumulation and potential damage. Steel bearings can be cleaned using the same method, but they must be re-lubricated after washing. Ceramic bearings, on the other hand, do not require lubrication.

The 530 cleaner is a non-corrosive, high-strength degreasing and decontaminating solution, providing a convenient and efficient way to maintain ceramic bearings.
